Our goal is to provide 100% customer satisfaction. We want you to love your Elle Edit pieces! Please read our policy carefully before making a return:
- The Elle Edit does not offer refunds or order cancelations.
- Instead, we do offer 7 days for an exchange or store credit.
For items that have been shipped, you will have 7 days starting the day your item has been delivered to start a return. For pickup orders, you will also have 7 days since the date your item has been marked as ready for pickup to start a return.Â
- In order to exchange or receive a store credit for your purchase, the item(s) you are returning must be unworn, unwashed, and have not received any alterations.
- They also should be free of any stains. That includes makeup and deodorant marks or any other damage.
- If any items returned do not meet these requirements, unfortunately it will be sent back to you without a store credit or exchange for a new item.
- Within 7 days, you will be able to return your item for a store credit or exchange only given the items follow our standard policy rules.Â
- Also, please keep in mind that any SALE ITEMS, swimsuits, bodysuits, undergarments, jewelry, and accessories will be a final sale.Â

- You may only return within 7 days of your item being marked as ready for pickup or 7 days since your package has been delivered via shipping to request an exchange or store credit.
- Please follow this link: https://account.shoptheelleedit.com and go to your orders. You will then find the self served return portal there. If you are having any trouble finding it, please email us at 💌 shoptheelleedit@gmail.com with your order number and details.
